This Risk Disclosure and Disclaimer applies to the use of the MMP MyMasterPlan platform (hereinafter "Platform") and the automated trading software provided therein (hereinafter "Bot") by MMP Solutions LLC (hereinafter "Provider"). By using the Platform, the User unconditionally acknowledges and accepts the terms set forth herein.

The Platform, the Bot, and all information, signals, analyses, and trading indications provided thereon do not constitute investment advice, financial advice, tax advice, legal advice, or any other regulated financial service under applicable law, including but not limited to the U.S. Investment Advisers Act, EU MiFID II, or UAE Financial Services Regulations.

The Provider is not a licensed investment adviser, broker-dealer, or regulated financial institution. No personalized investment recommendation is made by the Provider. Users should consult a qualified financial advisor before making any investment decisions.

The User acknowledges and expressly accepts the following material risks:

• –Total Loss Risk: Cryptocurrencies are highly volatile assets. The complete loss of invested capital can occur at any time.
• –Leverage Risk: The use of leverage amplifies both potential gains and losses substantially. Losses may exceed the initial capital invested.
• –Market Volatility: Cryptocurrency markets are subject to extreme price fluctuations without any regulatory floor price.
• –Technical Risk: System failures, connectivity issues, API outages, or software errors may result in trading losses.
• –Liquidity Risk: Low market liquidity may cause significant slippage, resulting in unfavorable execution prices.
• –Regulatory Risk: Changes in laws or regulations may restrict or prohibit cryptocurrency trading in certain jurisdictions.
• –Counterparty Risk: Failure or insolvency of the exchange used (e.g., Bitunix) may result in the loss of assets held thereon.
• –Tax Risk: Trading profits may be subject to taxation. The User is solely responsible for compliance with applicable tax laws in their jurisdiction.

• –Algorithm-based trading systems may fail entirely or generate incorrect signals under certain market conditions.
• –Past performance data and backtesting results are not indicative of future results.
• –The Bot makes trading decisions autonomously without review by the Provider on a case-by-case basis.
• –Configuration settings, watchlists, and API credentials are the sole responsibility of the User.
• –The Provider does not monitor individual trades and does not actively intervene in the trading process.
• –Automated trading may execute a high number of transactions in a short period, which may result in significant losses.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Provider shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to:

• –Trading losses of any kind, including total loss of capital
• –Technical failures, system outages, or connectivity interruptions
• –Order execution delays, slippage, or missed trades
• –Decisions made by the automated trading system
• –Losses caused by third-party failures (exchanges, APIs, data providers)
• –Tax liabilities or penalties arising from trading activity

This limitation applies regardless of the theory of liability (contract, tort, strict liability, or otherwise), even if the Provider has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Some jurisdictions do not allow limitation of liability for consequential damages; in such cases, liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

The User confirms using the Platform solely at their own risk and expressly declares that:

• –They only invest funds they can afford to lose entirely.
• –They have read and fully understood all risk disclosures contained herein.
• –They possess sufficient knowledge and experience in cryptocurrency trading.
• –They are acting on their own behalf and not on behalf of third parties.
• –They are solely responsible for complying with all applicable tax reporting obligations in their country of residence.
• –They are of legal age and legally permitted to engage in cryptocurrency trading in their jurisdiction.

The Provider makes no warranty, representation, or projection regarding future profits, returns, or trading outcomes. Any historical performance data, examples, or simulated results presented are for illustrative purposes only and are not indicative of future performance. There is no guarantee that any trading strategy will be profitable.

United States: This Platform is not registered with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) or the Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC). Use by U.S. persons is at their own risk and subject to applicable U.S. law.

European Union: This Platform does not provide investment services as defined under MiFID II Directive 2014/65/EU and is not authorized by any EU member state financial regulator.

UAE: This Platform is not licensed by the Dubai Financial Services Authority (DFSA) or the Abu Dhabi Global Market (ADGM). Use by UAE residents is at their own risk.

This Disclaimer shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. If any provision of this Disclaimer is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
